We are certified professional home inspectors with a diverse background in real estate which includes, but is not limited to, investing and flipping. Because of our experiences, we understand that home buying, home selling, home building, and purchases of investment homes can be stressful. We are here to help make that transaction seamless and one you are confident in. With our knowledge and experience, we will provide you with an overview of the current condition of your home. Our formal training and field experience allows us to bring an expert's vision and viewpoint to all of our home inspections. We service the cities of Houston, Pearland, and the surrounding areas.

We are a women-owned business where our owner started in the real estate industry in 2006. Because of our experience, we realized we have a gift to share with clients which are to help build confidence in their real estate transaction by providing them with clear and easy-to-understand information about their property that won’t go over their heads.
WHAT WE DO
We perform full home inspections, 4-point inspections, pre-list inspections for sellers, walk and talk for agents and investors, etc. We conduct inspections that cater to any level of buyer or seller. Whether you are an experienced real estate professional or a 1st time home buyer, we will provide a detailed level of service where you understand the condition of the property.
WHY WE DO IT
We believe the inspection process is an integral part of the home buying and selling process, and from our own experience, we understand that home buying, home selling, home building, and purchases of investment homes can be stressful. We want to alleviate that stress and help educate our clients on the condition of their properties so they can complete their real estate transactions with confidence. We take pride in knowing our clients understand the condition of the property they are transacting and we value their trust in us.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
We don’t create big “scary” inspection reports that are hard to understand which can confuse clients on the condition of the property and leave them feeling unsure. We are here to help our clients understand the condition of the property and to feel confident in their real estate transactions.

TIMELESS IS IMPORTANT
Real estate transactions can move quickly. We will make you a priority and will schedule your home inspection at a time that works well for you. We will also get your home inspection report to you in a timely manner so you can move on through the next stages of you purchase or sale. You are welcome to attend the inspection, but you are not required to do so.
